Bean sprouts have the richest source of amino acids, vitamins nd minerals and also contain a good amount of fiber, they contain all types of vitamins A,B,C,D,E K foliate and also a good source of iron, potassium, calcium, phosporus, magnesium and zinc.

Cooking time: 30-40minutes
Servings: 5-6 servings
Ingredients:
1/4 kilo monggo or bean sprouts
1/4 kilo pork (chopped)
Tofu (cut into cubes)
fresh mix vegetables
fish sauce
Magicsarap or ajinomoto
Onion and garlic
2cups of water
Instructions:
1.)saute garlic and onion
2.)add pork stir and let it cooked until it turns golden brown in color
3.)after five minutes add tofu
4.)put magic sarap or ajinomoto to add flavor
5.)add fishsauce and stir
6.)add bean sprouts
7.)then add the mixed vegetables
8.)add two cups of water, let it cooked for about 3minutes
9.)serve it hot and enjoy
