Therefore, this time I bring you the recipe for some delicious aubergine burgers that will make you get out of the routine and eat the vegetables more often. These burgers are easy and quick to prepare.
I cheered up to prepare these delicious hamburgers for the curiosity of knowing how they were, I am not a lover of vegetables and I could not find how to prepare the aubergines that I had in my fridge. A friend passes me this recipe and just read it I decided to do it. These burgers have nothing to envy to the meat, they are very rich and the best they are very healthy, this recipe is not vegan for the egg that it carries, but if they are vegetarian. This recipe does not require many ingredients, only 30 minutes needed to have it ready. To Enjoy!

A cheap and cheerful recipe, but above all easy. To elaborate this recipe you will need a approximately 3$ Steem. it is really economic.
preparation:
Aubergines and peppers are roasted in the oven for 30 minutes, you can also cook them in the microwave for 20 minutes. When they are ready, they are allowed to rest.
Cut the vegetables, in a pan with a little olive oil sauté the already cut vegetables, add the English sauce and pepper. When golden, turn off and let cool. Then we remove the skin of the eggplants. We pass the aubergine for a bowl and we add the vegetables already fried.
Add the egg and beat well, place the salt, then put the oats and continue beating, until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Knead all the ingredients with your hands and add the breadcrumbs and keep kneading until the dough does not stick in your hands. If you see that it is a little loose, place a little more oatmeal or bread crumbs. Burgers of the desired size are made.
When your hamburgers are ready, you pass them by oats or breadcrumbs and they start to fry, the oil must be very hot, cook them on both sides until they are golden brown.
List your burgers, you can eat them alone, with a salad or simply put it in a bread with a rich sauce. Enjoy your meal!
These burgers are fried with olive oil, you can also make them roasted.
