Supposedly this dish must be our dinner last night but since i came late due to unexpected incident my car tire went flat in the middle of the heavy rain, thats the reason why it became our breakfast today instead of dinner😊
Ingredients:
Native chicken
malunggay or moringga leaves
Garlic
Onion
Bell Pepper
Lemon Grass
Seasoning
Sayote
and its easy to cook, boiled native chicken together with lemon grass and seasoning for an hour wait till the meat become tender, add the garlic and sayute cook for another 15mins, after 15mins of waiting lastly add malunggay leaves and other remaining ingriendient wait to boil for a minute and prepare😊
We have a burrrrpppppphhhhhhh breakfast today paired with jims coffee i am an herbal/organic believer, you know to maintain our healthy lifestyle😊
