Ingriedients:
1whole duck sliced into desired cut.
1liter sprite
black beans
Green chili or siling labuyo
Garlic
Onion
Lemon grass
ground pepper
Ginger
Soysauce
and seasoning
heres how to cook
In a casserole boiled the duck meat with 1liter sprite together with the lemon grass wait until the duck meat will tender, in a pan add a little oil to sautee garlic then add the boiled meat duck in a pan, remove the lemon grass, add soysauce, seasoning, ground pepper, ginger and black pepper boiled for 15mins wait for the sauce to become sticky and lastly add siling labuyo ang onions and stir and prepare for a sumptous dinner😊
