- 7 bananas
- 100 - 125 grams of palm sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 400 ml of water
- 1 sheet of pandan leaves
- coconut cream ingredients
- 200 ml of water
- 65 ml of coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
Steps
45 minutes
Stir well water, sugar, salt, cinnamon and pandan leaves, until boiling. Strain, then add bananas. Cook until the sauce shrinks and thick.
If the sauce has shrunk and thickened, turn off the fire, Set aside.
Stir well the ingredients of coconut milk, cook until boiling and thick, set aside.
Serve.
