In many occasions we do not realize that the dishes that are served in the restaurant do not all have a high level of difficulty, and in many cases it is more name than preparation.
- Preparation time: five (5) minutes
- Cooking time: fifteen (15) minutes
- Difficulty: low
Ingredients
- 1 An chicken milanese
- 1/2 a half cup of wheat flour
- 1/2 Half bottle of soda
- 1 An egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
In addition, make the mixture in which we will overflow our milanesa, mixing it in such a way that it is very similar in consistency to when we want to make pancakes.
After having all this ready (which is about 5 minutes), we will put to heat the oil where we will fry our recipe. Once preheated we will only pass our milanesa with a little salt in its meat, and we will overflow it in the mixture we made.
We will put it to fry being very careful not to burn and for greater security of their internal cooking, with a fork prick the same, so the oil and heat help us to be well cooked.
For our recipe to be totally juicy we will have to be careful not to let the milanese dry too much, this may be the most difficult part of the recipe, but the idea is that it is not too dry, nor too raw.
You can accompany this milanesa with anything you like, just a little rice I had prepared, and a few julienne cuts of peppers to give vision to the dish. In my case, I use a plant that I have planted in my garden called oregano orejon, it's the same as normal but large-leaf oregano.
With nothing more to say to him, I just want to wish you all a good time. We already know that when they tell us names that seem difficult to prepare in the food, we just have to find out and we will see that some are very easy, as well as your Milanese to the Roman style.
