Blended Tacos

Yield: 12 tacos
- 1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon onion powder
- 1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Â Â Â Â Â cup water
- 1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â pound button mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â pound 80 percent lean ground beef
- 12 Â Â Â Â Â Â crunchy taco shells, warmed
- 2 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â cups grated cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â large tomatoes, diced (optional)
- 1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â head iceberg lettuce, shredded (optional)
