1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon chili powder
1/4 Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon onion powder
1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon ground cumin
1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon salt
1/2 Â Â Â Â Â cup water
1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â teaspoon vegetable oil
1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â pound button mushrooms, finely chopped
1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â pound 80 percent lean ground beef
12 Â Â Â Â Â Â crunchy taco shells, warmed
2 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â cups grated cheddar cheese (optional)
1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â large tomatoes, diced (optional)
1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â head iceberg lettuce, shredded (optional)

In small bowl, mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and salt. Stir in water and set aside.
