Germinated beans are very good for health because of the quantities of nutrients they have, such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, they help to the brain, heart and bones health.
The best is to prepare your own germinated beans because you don't know about the hygiene of the ones you buy in the market. I will prepare a cup of green beans, in Venezuela we call them chinese beans.
I started here:
and I finished with a cola bottle of 2 litres in 5 days
When you take them out of the bottle wash them with clean water and let them to drain, they look like this:
Now to eat them I will prepare the following dish:
- Fry 1 onion and 1 green pepper with olive oil
- I add 1 broccoli steamed
- I end up adding 3 slices of ginger, 1 tablespoon of soja and adjust the salt, mix well
You see, it was easy, quick and tasteful.
