IT IS YET ANOTHER WONDERFUL DAY TO COME. PLEASE, YOU WILL SAY, HOW ON THE EARTH YOU CAN BE SO UPLIFTING AND FULL OF ( SHIT?) ...POSITIVE VIBES EVERY SINGLE DAY. BUT, EVERY SINGLE DAY?! WELL, THAT IS KIND OF EASY, BUT LET'S START FROM THE BEGINNING.
AS FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE WHO STRUGGLE IN THE SHADOWS, THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE IN HERE IS NOT SOMETHING THAT COMES SO EASY.
Take in a great consideration - the greatest - that you can enjoy things while you are healthy and that you can do things while you are alive. As long you don't hurt anyone directly, you are fine to fly. Whoever has a limiting opinion on you enjoying your life ( existence ... like a bodily representation of your presence on this world... you know), will probably have nothing against you suffering mental imprisonment even if you are not constrained. Drop those asses as soon as you can.
Smile while you have teeth.
The trick is to make it come naturally, and not forced. If you are forcing yourself to push through the day by acting fake feelings soon enough you will end up with a headache or on a good way to have one.
That's why people drink, take drugs, self-medicate or let doctors do that for them.
Whatever I say from this point forward, can push you even into a deeper state of depression, resentment to a humankind or really help you to have a fun instead.
Or maybe I should leave the generalization aside, and just give you freaking guidelines already.
Set up a positive start of a day
I already explained what kind of a breakfast I have, like - drink water, have breakfast, have coffee. And put some power into that breakfast, you are not a nursling. Or maybe you are...
Second, how about some healthy self-evaluation, right for the good morning. Not being all self-pity, but let's become constructive. And... you will not like it.
So, before getting into a corroded mode of self-deprivation, make sure that you don't mind what you look that morning, even if you reflection clearly states that you are as intrepid as death warmed over.
It has little to no connection between how you look and how you feel, but if you can think there is a place for improvements - we all do, and that is perfectly ok and natural. Nothing endures without some maintenance, and the state of being healthy is definitely something you should make acquainted with.
If you have any problems, include one thing that you believe to lead to improvement, do it regularly, don't keep the log of the outcome but your satisfaction and how healthier you subjectively feel. This is about you, not about anyone else telling you what you should do to feel great, if you are not feeling great that's just bull and you know it.
The thing is that most of the very confident and happy people are average looking at best, so this should assure you that self-conservation of own looks, is just as unnecessary as joining a monastery enclave - to be more in tune with the universe. Well, maybe... But, I doubt it.
Here is what you have to think to yourself before you even start anything.
The base of your day is feeling happy, feeling joy, being content with what you are about to do ( I suppose it is writing on Steemit...) and how much fun you will experience. You are doing a job that you like and enjoy, and not something you do but you really don't like it. You will have fun, read new things, support people who feel down, laugh and have a wonderful experience.
Whatever doesn't look like this, has to take a hike.
So, for the day zero - you have to build up the expectations and be extremely specific and assure yourself that you will stick to these parameters.
Having positive expectations ARE realistic because they promote the personal inner feeling and all of us have a capability to feel perfectly in peace without ourselves, as it only requires us to do it.
But, sometimes our inner peace and desire to enjoy all these wonderful things around us, are called out for being unrealistic by people with the negative, self-destructive point of view and a toxic attitude.
They will go right after you for being childish and blind, but take in great consideration these are the individuals with proven scarce identity themselves and narcissistic and masochistic inclines.
If a person invests so much time and energy to indulge in trying to make others feel like crap, obviously there is something wrong with that person.
Recognizing these individuals who may intrude your major postulates of the positive expectations, is yet another half of a job you will do for a Day Zero.
Locate the week links, and lose them.
