Who is the Steemian special to me? There are so many wonderful folks here on the Steem blockchain… decisions, decisions… I know! One of the most humble, giving, selfless and helpful of people I know…
In my short two years here on Steem, I originally joined in August of 2017, the first person I met was 
Hive account@guiltyparties. A Veteran like myself (he is a Canadian Veteran, while I am an American Veteran), I learned that he was co-founder of the Steem Veterans’ Community and has been faithfully curating Veterans’ posts all across Steem. He posts a synopsis of those posts pretty much daily. Yet; that is not all he does…
In addition to listing the posts of Veterans daily, he is also very involved with the Steem Silver and Gold Community (SSG). He also shares posts on a regular basis to highlight the goings on of the SSG folks. I do not know if this precludes him from being part of this contest, but I wished to show my appreciation for all the things Hive account@guiltyparties has provided to this community of ours.
Did you know that Hive account@guiltyparties is also a witness? Yes, indeed he sure is! This may come as a surprise as Hive account@guiltyparties is a very shy person and not one to toot his own horn. I do not know of anyone in the Steem Community that has ever heard him speak. He does a very good job as witness and has the technical know how for sure! Hive account@guiltyparties has also made his computer savvy available to the Steem Foundation.
Do you have problems with trolls and spammers? Well, Hive account@guiltyparties is also very involved with 
Hive account@steemcleaners. Tirelessly he has helped with identifying spammers and generally bad actors who try to destroy our blockchain based social community. He has been involved with this initiative for quite some time.
Now, if you are a gamer and enjoy casino-type gaming, Hive account@guiltyparties is also a contibutor to this niche! Along with

Hive account@inthenow and some others, Hive account@guiltyparties has helped with the Steem Poker League (SPL) which is now part of Brosino!
He also lent his software development skills to this entertainment decentralized-application (DAPP) which is one of the greatest unintentional secrets regarding gaming on Steem!
As Hive account@guiltyparties is a very private person, I do not know much about his personal life except that he is Canadian and a Veteran which I mentioned above. I do know that he is a very compassionate person, extremely witty, loyal to a fault, and extremely selfless. He has helped and come to the defense of a great many people on this platform. From setting up free accounts, for quite some time now, to sponsoring a variety of contests over the past couple of years; Hive account@guiltyparties has been a very important part of Steem.
I am sure that many other folks on this platform would have so much more to say and sing Hive account@guiltyparties’ praises. In the event that Hive account@guiltyparties does not win the Steem Silver Round Contest, I want him to know that he is appreciated by a great many of us. I doubt that you would find disagreement from anyone that has actually interacted with him.
