The little 1oz silver Rwanda Santa Maria has worked so hard in the garage this week i thought i would take him out on a works doo to the local curry house "The Anaz" to meet Mr Ali and all his minions serving up the delicacies of Indian culinary delights. Such a tough decision on what to get; Jalfrezzi? Madras? Korai? Biriani? there is just too big a choice.
But to start off with the coin and myself decided to share a plate of lamb tikka, you can just see the delight written all over the face of little Maria as she peers at the plate full of succulent lamb pieces, you should have seen her go at it like a ravenous polar bear going after a lost explorer but with a little less screaming.
So which sauce did i pick? the red hot fruity chilli sauce or the creamy yogurt mint sauce? Answers on a postcard to: Which indian sauce competition, Cumbum, Andhra Pradesh, India

Washed down with a gorgeous pint (or 3) of Kingfisher and brandys, but for some reason i didnt photo the brandy, i was obviously too preoccupied with drinking the brandy ;)

Dont hang arround on the hot plate too long, you know how soft you get arround hot flames
And here is the main event, Chicken Tika Naga, oooooh, no you dont understand i mean OOOhhhhhhhhh its got a kick and im addicted to the unique taste of the naga chilli, this is probably the best curry on this earth but my tastebuds would love to be proven wrong.
Look at the little fella tucking into the fluffy pilau rice like a hungry little urchin
hes proper going at it, scooping the last of the curry out of the dish, you will be glad to know i didn't photo the hungry little ounce licking the bowl clean, he made a proper arse out of himself, can't take him anywhere!
