I’ll Eat You For Lunch — Again!

Well, we had some more mad-fuckery going on today on this increasingly hobbled platform we all so enjoy... But screw all that! Y’all know where i stand, and should suppose i am interested in more important things — like lunch!

So good ol’ Hive account@raybrockman posted a “touchdown burger” yesterday that has been haunting me. Damn that thing looked good 🤩 So ordering a cheeseburger for lunch today was a no-brainer. This was the “Broadway Burger.” A double bacon cheeseburger with Kimchi on it! (If you don’t know think: spicy Korean sauerkraut) and it was delicious!

There was an option for a fried egg on it, but i chickened out 😜😁😂 Maybe next time, ‘cause damn that was a good burger! Great fries too, but i should’a luxed it up and had a coke...next time, i mean this place is on the same block as my lcs for shizzle’s sake.

Oh yeah, and speaking of which, the main reason i was over there was to meet Hive account@uglyboy and stage a rescue for as many of those BU quarters as i could. I snarfed up another 12 of ‘em for $51 CAD and chortled my way out of there. Have a look ⤵️

What i noticed upon closer inspection is that this tube is full of all kinds of random years. Today i got to pick out all the ‘50s and early ‘60s coins before adding more ‘64s. In above pic bottom row is a ‘57 and a ‘59, above is a run of ‘52-‘54, and above that is some early sixties coins. Pinch and zoom if you’re so inclined.

Here’s all the loot together — $6.50 face — top rung is all ‘64s and then the rest are mixed. I’m pretty happy with these sweety-pies 🤩🤩🤩
