Shopping At The Polski Rynek
Just the other day, I did a post about my pantry inventory and how I like to go to this local Polish Meat Market Store.
I may have married a 100% Sicilian guy, but I am a 100% Polish gal
Well, today I went there... it never fails me. So much good food. Authentic Polish Food as well as American.
Let's take a tour...
WELCOME TO BOZEK'S MARKET
The Walk-In Freezer
My favorite part of this market is the HUGE walk-in cooler.
Meat, meat and more meat as far as the eye can see...
First stop... the reduced meat section
Hmm, they have a sale on fresh ground pork...
Looping back around they have their homemade sauerkraut and barrel Polish dill pickles
And let's not forget the sausage section. So many to pick from.
Supreme Bundles
After gazing at all the delicacies, I went to find what I came for. The Supreme Bundles...
Ended up getting two of them today. Each has approximately 70-lbs of meat. Ground burger, steaks, ribs, assortment of pork cuts, chicken, beef stew and on and on... (this is only one of the bundles).
I will be giving my Food Saver a workout today. Thank goodness I bought more of the wrap a few weeks go.
Other Delights
Pierogies- so many choices. I ended up picking up three packages, as I don't get down here too often.
Hot Food Counter
Yes they have stuffed cabbage rolls, ribs, breaded chicken breasts, potatoes, sauerkraut and Polish Kielbasa. You name it, they have it! And it is ALL so good!
