Dumpling Noodle: A Local Tasteful Noodle

A few days ago, I was off to my home town with my family that was exactly passing the Bireuen district where the best-known dumpling noodle located. It was countless time we dropped by here to eat up this kind of noodle. Actually, this dumpling noodle differe with the common noodle from where it come from, China. It had come to adapt with local noddle as mostly food to consume by people in Aceh.

The texture of dumpling is a bit different with Achenesse noodle and the ingredients are of course not the same. The taste is so delicate, spicy while the crunching meats is there to make this noodle more tasteful.

There are two kinds of dumpling here. First, fried dumpling crispy, and the pangsit with gravy soup. I and my wife ordered the fried one while my son enjoy the dumpling with gravy soup so much.

The price was affordable and matched with the taste in which everyone can have a taste. In upcoming evening, this restaurant was crowded by pangsit lovers which was called that the best pangsit in town.
