- 4duck eggs
- 3 Tsp salt
- 100 g white glutnous rice
- 4 pieces Chili Pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp fried onions
- 5 tablespoon serundeng
- 2 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 4 tbsp fried shrimp powder
- 2 1/2 sugar
How to make
- heat Afrying pan until hot enough egg crust.
- put one tbsp of Vegetable sticky rice that has been soaked with water,cover and flattened out. cook for obout 2 mnt. add 1 tbsp of wet serundeng and 1tspoon of dried shrimp powder.
- add 1 duck egg onto the glutinous rice and mixed seassoning flatten and stir well. cover and cook on alog heat until slightly dry
- after couple of miunites, turn over the egg crust and tranfer from the pan to plate spread the dried serundeng and fried onions on top as a finishing touc
