Garang Asem
500 gr ukuran ayam kecil2 (ayam paling enak
300 ml ai)
Spices:5 cloves of shallot, thinly chopped
3 cloves of garlic, thinly chopped
2 small green tomatoes, split 4
6 pieces of wuluh blimbing, cut into pieces
2 btg lemongrass, geprek.
3 lbr leaves
5 cm galangal, geprek
15 whole red chili pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
Way:
- Stir-fry all seasonings until wilted
- Enter the chicken and stir until it changes color
- Enter the water and season with sugar and salt
- Cook until boiling. Correction of flavors.
- Alloy a small basin with wide banana leaves up to 3 layers.
- Pour fierce asem into the basin. Cover the basin with a banana leaf. Then steam 30 minutes.
Once cooked lift and serve.
