My restaurant of the week is called "Fuori Misura Storie Di Bar E Cucina", located in Molfetta. The cuisine is typical Italian and the products are really high quality. What really surprised me is how tradition can be adapted to our times.
An example among all is the classic egg omelette, served in the special small pan, with the addition of meats and vegetables, which leaves you doubtful in the first place but the presentation of the dish is spectacular and the taste is unparalleled.
The chef is very helpful and passionately explains the origin of the dishes, the products from which it is made, and also recommends the typical locations in the area to be visited. Awesome!
The appetizers of local cured meats and cheeses, the well-kept and colorful dishes, a spectacular dessert that satisfies the senses at once.
