Shopping at the supermarket can be quite stressful. Just the distance you have to travel in a big supermarket. I have never measured it, but it is certainly a thousand steps. How good that there is a hot counter with street food in this supermarket.
There is not much choice. Basically there is only the roll with Roast Pork or with Leberkäse.
My favourite is always the roll with Leberkäse for only 1,50 €. Leberkäse is a Bavarian speciality that can be eaten cold or warm.
At the Heißen Theke it is sold naturally warm in a roll with hot or sweet mustard.
It's just the right portion to eat while walking through the shelves. When you stand at the cash register, you are finished eating the Leberkäse Roll.
There is surely better street food, but on the paths between the shelves while shopping, this cheap snack is exactly right.
