Last night, I tried to eat in Imperial Tables at Pasaraya Grande Blok M, South Jakarta. It opens daily from 10 AM until 10 PM, West Indonesian Time.
The restaurant surrounding is nice and comfortable with several clean and neat tables and chairs. They provide non smoking area and a smaller smoking area. We chose the non smoking area yesterday.
Inside this is a smoking area.
Besides food, this restaurant also sells some cake and also bread.
For the menu this restaurant provides many dishes, they sell Eastern and Western Food. They sells chicken cordon bleu and also pasta for the Western, and for Eastern, they provide fried rice, fried noodle, chicken soto, roasted chicken with chilli paste, baked rice and also any others.
After had looked after the menu, then we chose what to order.
Some of the menus:
The waiters and waitress here were all nice and friendly. The waitress who helped us, asked me when did we want the dessert, at the same time or after our dinner finished. I chose the second option.
We only wait for not a long time, until our menus are ready to serve. My mother’s order came first, it was Fettucine Carbonara. They served it with a garlic bread like usually.
The taste was good enough. The fettucine was well cooked, not too hard nor soft. The taste was savory but not too salty. So the first menu we chose was al dente.
Then my order came, Imperial Fried Rice. The taste wasa great, it’s savory and a bit spicy. I loved it much. They also served it with sunside up fried egg, some shrimp chips and also pickles. Tasted really great, happy with my order.
After the dinner finished, the waitress served the dessert that we had ordered. It was coffee cream pudding. It was nice but I thought it was too sweet for me.
Overall the dinner was nice, we liked our menu and before went home we also bought chocolate bread, cheese bun bread and croissant. And guess what? They tasted good too. Bon appetite!
