Gado-Gado with Cashew Paste, Indonesia

Hello friends!
Today i would like to share with you my veggie experience.

The food stall is located on the 2nd floor of Electronic City, an electronic store in Sudirman Central Business District Area - South Jakarta.

Here is the foodcourt area

The dining area was big and had many tables.

Here is the food stall, the name is Gado-gado & Ketoprak Djakarta.

The menu

The main menu were gado-gado and ketoprak.

Here the waitress was preparing the gado-gado. I chose with one chilli so it wouldn't be too spicy.

The waitress served the gado-gado so quick.

Here was the gado-gado

It consisted of the boiled vegetables (beansprout, lettuce, spinach, cucumber and potato) and also fried tofu and tempeh. It would be served with the chasew sauce and some fried chips. The flavor of the sauce was sweet and a bit spicy and the friedchips were savory.
