Hello friends, today we had a lunch in a famous padangnese restaurant in Indonesia, Sederhana. It was located in SCBD (Sudirman Central Business District) area, South Jakarta.
The restaurant was a bit crowded at lunch time, on Sunday. It is usually more crowded on workdays.
The place was not too big. But it also had the 2nd floor. The place was neat and also comfortable.

Nasi Gulai Otak
rice with cow's brain cooked with the coconut milk and any other ingredients. They also served it with some vegetables: sayur nangka (jackfruit), cucumber and also cassava leaves. Not left, sambal ijo padang (padangnese green chilli spicy sauce), it was the special chilli sauce in Padangnese restaurant.
The flavor of the dish was perfect, it was savory, yummy, spicy.
I really love the texture of cow's brain, soft and smooth. They also cooked it well so it smells' good.
Mom was also enjoying her lunch.
The service here was also good, the waiter served fast.
