Cheap and fabulous? I remember the place where I celebrated last Valentine's Day, Tigelle Factory!
A very nice little place on the outskirts of Pistoia.
Where the main dish is made up of tigelle in all ways and in all types!
I had already visited one of its branches in another part of the city, but this little place recently opened on the outskirts is a really nice, cozy and cheap place!

Un piccolo locale molto grazioso nella periferia di Pistoia.
Dove il piatto principale è composto dalle tigelle in tutti i modi e in tutti i tipi!
Avevo già visitato una sua succursale in un altro punto della città, ma questo localino aperto da poco in periferia è un luogo davvero carino, accogliente ed economico!

The place has a simple decor, made with recycled and overhanging features, the general appearance is very vintage, a place where you immediately feel at home. To welcome us at the entrance there are the properties, two young girls dressed in a very bohemian style, kind and welcoming, made us sit down immediately explaining everything about the tigelle and their local.
For the uninitiated, tigelle are typical Modena focaccia, made of flour, yeast and water, a very simple food, filled with salty or sweet foods.
You can really fill it with everything!

Il luogo ha un arredamento semplice, fatto con aggetti di recupero e riciciclati, l' aspetto generale è molto vintage, un luogo dove ti senti subito a casa. Ad accoglierci all' entrata ci sono le proprietaie, due ragazze giovani vestite con stile molto bohemien, gentili e accoglienti, ci hanno fatto accomodare subito spiegandoci tutto sulle tigelle e sul loro locale.
Per chi non lo sapesse le tigelle sono focaccine tipiche di Modena, composte di farina, lievito e acqua, un cibo molto semplice, riempite con cibi salati o dolci.
Si possono riempire davvero con tutto!

The tigelle are of various types, in the menu you can immediately choose what to fill them with or if you take a menu already created with five different types of tiles. Otherwise you can choose to fill them with three things: meat (various types of meat, ham, salami, bresaola etc ...) cheeses (brie, scamorza, taleggio etc.), vegetables (courgettes, peppers, aubergines, etc.).
There are also sweet tigelle with nutella, vanilla, mascarpone or various jams. In short, the choice is wide.

Le tigelle sono di vari tipi, nel menù puoi scegliere subito con cosa riempirle o se prendere un menù già creato co cinque tipi di tegelle diverse. Altrimenti puoi scegliere di riempirle con tre cose : carne ( vari tipi di carne, prosciutto,salame,bresaola ecc...) formaggi ( brie,scamorza, taleggio ecc) , verdure (zucchine,peperoni,melanzane ecc) .
Ci sono pure le tigelle dolci con nutella, vaniglia,mascarpone o marmellate varie. Insomma la scelta è ampia.

I prezzi sono bassi, con tre euro a tigella puoi riempirle quanto ti pare, con due o tre tigelle si è pieni.
Inoltre il loro vino della casa non costa quasi nulla ed è a km zero, prodotto da una azienda locale è molto buono e gustoso.
