So, let's celebrate this new year with a healthy start. Here I made a Smoothie this morning and would like to share the recipe.Although many different kind of smoothies are made but I picked an extremely healthy and delicious combo and made a delicious drink out of it.
The Ingredients required are-
- Strawberry
- Blueberry
- Coconut Water
- Chia Seeds
- Flax seeds
Now take all the ingredients and pour them into blender, and when they get mixed well, get them into a glass and drink the most nutritious drink.
