My weekly choice is Vuliò, in Rome. We've been just few days in this city, but we found many places with a fantastic food.
But we live in Italy after all...in every place you go, you'll find something (tasty) to eat.
Let's start.
First, we eat ham with basil, stracchino, origan and olive oil.
It's may seem a very simple dish, and it is! But we love it.
And now:
Burrata, nuts, bread, taralli. The green grass that you is Salicornia, harvest in Puglia, Southern Italy.
At this point we are full, but:
Melted caciocavallo with cherry tomatoes.
And this is the meaning of life.
Thank you!
