When my sweetie and I had our first out-of-town vacation last Valentine's season, we went to the newly opened Boracay Island, Philippines. Boracay is known for its white-sand beach and pristine waters.
Little did I know is that Boracay is also the home for, The Sunny Side Cafe, an all-day breakfast cafe.
We ordered my favorite Bacon and Eggs and Chorizo and Eggs. The bacon they served was not the typical thinly sliced commercial bacon. It was thicker and you can really feel the meat.
Our orders were all nicely plated. The yellow fried rice makes it more appetizing.
To satisfy our sweet tooth, we had Nutella and Mango Wonut. Wonuts or waffle donuts are belgian waffles deep-fried to make them crispy. You can choose either Banana and Walnut or Nutella and Mango. Of course I chose, the latter since it puts both my faves in one, mango and chocolate! The cute flowery plating makes me want to just stare at this sweet treat.
I would definitely go back here and order more of these delights
