After been so busy with work, my officemates and I agreed to unwind and got to warm our bellies with ramen. Luckily, near our office is Sachi Authentic Japanese Ramen Okonomiyaki
I ordered Shouyu Ramen, which is a ramen with chicken broth soy sauce base. Though I do like some spiciness to my ramen, but I can't tolerate that much spices. Some of my friends ordered the Tantan Men, the spicy noodles.
I did get full with just one bowl of ramen. It already had boiled egg and pork slices toppings. The noodle was perfectly cooked. It was neither too hard or soggy. And of course, it wouldn't be complete with its rich-flavored soup.
One of my friends had Yakisoba or the Japanese stirred fried noodles. This too had was already a complete meal. It got cabbages, egg and able to choose pork or squid or both as toppings.
For their resto, it gave me a hint on how it is to dine in Japan even if literally I was too far. It had a cozy ambience and its natural Japanese cleanliness.
