Dry dates are two types. one is in red color and other one is in yellow color. yellow color or brown color dates is know Gur wali dry dates. so other is common date. so people of my area like both dates very much. it is very useful food in winter. people eat both dates with milk. in this way date give strong benefits.so it is also very useful food for those people who are weak in health.

today i bought dry dates for my kids and family we all also eat this dry dates with boiled milk and in winter it is very usefil.it is good food for heart patient also. i bought one kg dry dates and paid total Rs.150 rups equal one dollar. its price are reasonable.it is not very much expensive food but in summer many people stored it at home for the use of it in winter. i took some picture of dates seller cart hope you all will like my picture also. i bought these dates fron dates seller he was selling these dates on his van.it van was standing near pai khel railway station. here i wana informe you all that dry dates are known as chowary in my area .so we called this food
