This is a recipe I perfected over 35 years of baking. It is healthy, wholesome and simple to make. Give it a try and let me know how you like it.
Walnut Sultana Cake 
- 250 gms butter
- 150 gms brown sugar
- 250 gms cake flour
- 4 eggs
- 100 gms chopped walnuts
- 100 gms sultanas (or raisins)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence till well mixed. Incorporate one egg at a time.
- Fold in the flour and mix in the nuts and sultanas.
Pour into a greased baking tray and bake at 160'c for 55 to 60 minutes.
