Products:
- 200 g of biscuits
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 4 tablespoons condensed milk
- 100 ml. cream
- 150 g strawberries
- 1 kc milk
Recipe:
Cast the mascarpone (250 g) in a bowl using a blender. Then add the condensed milk (4 tablespoons) and the cream-crushed sweet cream (100 ml). Everything is mixed carefully with a wooden spoon and the resulting cream is left aside. Strawberries (150 g) are washed, cleaned and cut into thin discs.
Fresh milk (1 pounds) boils and while the hot cake is started. For this purpose, biscuits (200 g) are dipped in hot milk for a second and placed in a tray. Once its bottom is covered, pour some of the cream and smoothen it. Upright steaks are arranged evenly. Next comes a row of dipped biscuits, cream and fresh strawberries in fresh milk.
The cake is until the products are exhausted, and it is important to finish with a cream. Place it in the refrigerator to tighten overnight and serve cut into pieces with fresh strawberries around it.
