Over half way done the 21 day challenge now! It's been getting pretty easy, actually. Being at home and working in the office makes this way easier than it was working on the road!
This morning I had my fruit smoothie, added spinach and celery. It was very good.
Then lunch was a big salad, and for dinner, leftover veggies from last night and an avocado.
Not a lot to report, other than, I feel just as strong as before, my workout hasn't had to be trimmed down. Ii still left the same weight on the bars as before! I honestly thought I'd get a bit of muscle weakness, but I don't seem to have.
