Office work can be one of the factor for one to gain weight due to the sitting for long periods (slow the metabolism), meetings (I actually mean the catering... hahaha) and working extended hours (too tired to exercise afterwards).

It is obvious that I have gain quite some weight over the period of 2 1/2 years working with my previous company.
Fast forward to Aug 2017. During my nephew convocation , I came to know about this KETO diet. We saw living proof (his relative) of how this keto diet change a man from size xxl to size m by just adopting healthy lifestyle (keto diet).
So, my sister was like determined to adopt it since she has also gain weight from the beers after gardening session =). Hahahha.... and ngam2 (coincidently) her friend Kiddy is a strong believer of this KETO diet and (finger click sound) I am in the ketogenic diet whatsapp group.
From Sept 2017 I start adopting this KETO diet and manage to shed about 5-6 kilo in a period of 3 months (Of course you will actually lose more if you follow the macros strictly). I would say that this diet is quite easy to adopt as it doesn't starve me. But for first few days you may experience 'keto flu' which is a sign that your body is slowly turning into ketosis stage.
This year I haven't really restart my KETO since the holiday I spent last Dec in KK. But I still try to avoid carbs as much as I can and so far there has not been a relapse in my weight with the occasioned cheat day. =)
