I was getting ready to drive over to Malaysia's first ever official #TeamMalaysia gathering, right after I hit the "Post" button on my Steemit blog, when I suddenly recalled I might need additional labelling stickers for the gathering since we had some participants who registered at the 11th hour. So I quickly rushed over to a nearby stationery shop before heading over to the cafe.

I arrived just in time to spot a small group of Steemians hanging around the main entrance of the cafe together with Hive account@bitrocker2020.

They were getting to know one another while trying to guess each other's handle on Steemit. With the help of Hive account@zord189 and Hive account@davidke20, I immediately dive straight to register the Steemians before the Steemians are ushered into the cafe to order their food. Meanwhile, inside the cafe Hive account@elizacheng the official babysitter for the gathering was busy tending to the children and entertaining them with the cute tattoo stickers which she brought along.

As the participants started streaming in, Hive account@aaronleang was spotted alternating between his camera to snap shots of the Steemians, as well as his mobile phone to capture the special moments of the gathering on video. He even managed to do a Facebook Live for fellow Steemians who are unable to participate in the gathering.

As more and more people arrived, the cafe was packed with Steemians huddled in all corners of the cafe deep in their respective conversations. Some were laughing, some were smiling while some were busy taking we-fies and selfies with their new found Steemian friends.

Others like me, were just glad to finally sink our teeth into Big Hug Burger's Mario juicy grilled beef burger (yumz!). I was so hungry, I didn't even bothered with the fork and knife. By the time I was done, I was completely stuffed. The burger was definitely huuuuggggggeeee

By the time we hit 3:30pm, Hive account@aaronleang gathered all the Steemians for a group shot before we bid each other farewell. All in all, it was a fantastic gathering make possible with the help of Hive account@bitrocker2020, the committee members and every Steemian from #teammalaysia who were present at the event, including Hive account@awesomianist, Hive account@danieldoughty and Hive account@viverridae who flew all the way from East Malaysia just to attend this gathering.
