After yesterday's Day 1 of my squat challenge, my inner thighs were aching at the end of the day. When I got up this morning, my legs were still a little weak and I could feel the muscles burning.
I left it till quite late in the afternoon before I started my Day 2 challenge, starting with 25 squats first. They were ok, not as painful as I expected, but I didn't want to push myself to continue. I did the remaining squats in chunks of 25 every couple of hours, and when I got to the last lot, I pushed myself for another 5 squats. That was the maximum I could do for the day.
