Its hard to argue with the fact that technology has made life easier for us, but what about the super lazy among us?
Believe it or not, the tech in this list is designed specifically for the laziest people among us. Yes its useful tech, but it does borderline useless for those of us who can actually get up and do something without the need for the tech in this list.
So here it is. 5 bits of tech designed for the lazy.
5 – Self Stirring Mug.
The British are well known for drinking tea, I myself love tea and drink a wide variety of teas, from regular PG tips to fruit n berries, to earl grey. But for some people, making a ''cuppa'' sounds like too much hard work.
Putting a spoon into a cup and stirring it takes little effort and is over in a few seconds, but that to some, that sounds like too much effort. The self stirring mug can take care of all your stirring needs. A simple push of a button, and in the same time it takes you to stir with a spoon, your drink is ready for you.
Even though these types of mugs contain a tiny motor to stir your drink, its a novelty that isn't going anywhere, and some people can not live without it. The problem is, these are hand wash only, so when you think about it, you are putting more effort in than you are getting out.

4 – Auto Ball Thrower.
There are a great many people in the world who have dogs, most of them dogs love to play fetch, retrieving a ball after you throw it. But what if throwing a ball and playing with your beloved pet sounds like too much hard work and exercise? Well iFetch has you covered.
There are numerous automatic ball throwing machines out there, but iFetch is the simplest design. Dog put ball in the top and out shoots the same ball for the dog to retrieve and the whole cycle continues. And you don't even have to lift a finger. You can continue to play on your X station or Play box, or even just slouch into the chair even further. But at least your dog will be healthier than you and they will be entertained to the point they wonder who you are....

3 – Autonomous Vacuums.
There are a few of us that are very OCD when it comes to cleaning, then there are those that would live in there own droppings if they could get away with it.
Sweeping your floor or running the vacuum over the carpets takes all of 5 minutes to do, but that again, is five minutes to long for some people but there are plenty of vacuums that need no effort at all. Autonomous vacuums are becoming more and more popular and there are various companies that now produce them. One of which is by Samsung, called the Powerbot.
The Powerbot can map your floor layout, can clean at certain times of day or when you call it from your phone app, and when its done it can dock itself back to charge up ready to clean your crap up after you all over again.

2 – Twirling Spaghetti Fork.
If there is one thing that the Italians got right, it was Pasta. Spaghetti is something that anyone can enjoy. I love some spaghetti bolognese with giant meatballs in a nice creamy source. Twirling the fork to get a good mouthful of spaghetti. But even just turning a fork is far too much effort for some Darwin winners and thus I give you, The Twirling Spaghetti Fork. Simply place your electronic fork in the food, press a button and behold the miracle that you could of done in the same time by working your fingers a little.
Just like the Self stirring mug, the fork is hand wash only, so again, its more effort to do that than it is to use a regular fork and place it in the dish washer.

1 – Self Tying Laces.
1989 saw Hollywood's interpretation of what the future would look like in Back to the Future Part 2. in the film, one bit of technology looked very futuristic, the Nike Mag self tying shoes.
The films story line was based on the characters ending up in 2015, and on the exact same date as when the film takes place, Nike introduced the world to the first self tying shoes you could buy for yourself.
2 years on, there is now a whole line up of self tying shoes based on the same technology.
But if its such a huge effort to tie your own laces, just by shoes that have Velcro straps, it would be about £500 cheaper, and you wouldn't have to charge them every day.

yup the future is looking bright, especially for the lazy people. But then again, are they lazy? They might not have the time to stir a drink, play with their pet, clean up after themselves, eat with a normal fork and tie their own laces......? nope. They are still plain lazy.
Thanks for reading.
