Hi! Today I want to show you the Ikkousha Ramen which is a ramen restaurant in Thong Lor area in Bangkok. I have tried many ramen restaurants and I like it very much, time to check out a new place today! How about the taste? Let me tell you now. ;)
Ikkousha Ramen restaurant looks really nice inside, it is decorated in Japanese style. The room is dominated with red and black colour, I think is very welcoming to customers a lot and I like it, too. I started to look at the menu and my eyes were so big when I saw their food! I knows that it is mainly ramen place but they offer many other Japanese foods for you too.
First meal I am very interested in the menu is Oni Yakko. It's a really very beautiful dish! Oni Yakko is made from cold tofu and comes with sauce and white onion on top. This is just the beginning, it looks sooo delicious! When I try the first spoonful I feel tofu is very soft and fresh, the topping on it is crispy, a bit oily and sweet. What a nice contrast!
Every time I have ramen I always need to order Gyoza for starters! I was very lucky this time cause gyoza at Ikkousha was absolutely fantastic! I wanted to order a big platter with 35 pieces cause it is served in such a nice way but I surely couldn’t finish that. :( Anyway, my set of gyoza were served on a beautiful black plate with a bit of special sauce. They are nicely soft, with a very thin though, perfect for one bite. I would say that was the best gyoza I have ever had, so good. The starters were way beyond my expectations, time for the main course!
Then, I had GOD FIRE TOKUSEI RAMEN. It looked amazing when it arrived on the table! It comes with pork put around the bowl and a boiled egg. The soup is nice and thick, I like its rich colour. It tastes a bit spicy, not too much for a Thai person, for sure. :) The noodles are small but it looks like there is a lot of it! They are medium hard and quite unique, I like them! The meat is tender and flavourful, much better than in most ramen shops I have tried before. I like that they put a lot of mushroom, it adds some interesting character to it. All in all, it is a very good ramen and I really enjoyed it!

Ikkousha Ramen is definitely a nice place for lunch. I think starters here are one of the best I have ever had in a ramen restaurant. What restaurants would you like me to review next? Are there any places in Bangkok that you are interested in? I am waiting for your comments. ;)

สวัสดีค่ะ Steemians! วันนี้เรามีร้านราเมนมาแนะนำให้กับทุกคนค่ะ ชื่อร้าน อิคโคฉะ ราเมน! ตอนนี้ที่กรุงเทพฯมีร้านราเมนอร่อยๆหลายร้านเลย และเราก็ไปชิมมาหลายร้านแล้วด้วยเหมือนกัน เราชอบทานราเมนมากๆค่ะ วันนั้นเราตั้งใจไว้ว่าจะไปทดลองทานอาหารญี่ปุ่นและราเมนที่ อิคโคฉะ ราเมน ที่ตั้งอยู่ที่ซอยทองหล่อในกรุงเทพฯนี่เองค่ะ รสชาติจะเป็นอย่างไรนั้น เราจะมารีวิวให้ติดตามกันนะคะ ;)
ร้าน อิคโคฉะ เรเมน ภายในร้านตกแต่งสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นด้วยโทนสีแดงและสีดำ เราคิดว่าบรรยากาศภายในร้านเป็นการเชิญชวนให้กับนักชิมและลูกค้าที่ชอบรับประทานอาหารญี่ปุ่นและราเมนเป็นอย่างมากเลยค่ะ พอไปถึงที่นั่นเราก็เลือกดูที่เมนู พอได้ชมเมนูตาสองข้างเล็กๆของเรานี่ถึงกับ ตาโตขึ้นมาเชียว! (เห็นของกินเป็นไม่ได้เลยค่ะ) คือร้านนี้เค้าขายราเมนและนอกจากนั้นเค้ายังนำเสนออาหารญี่ปุ่นอีกหลายรายการในเมนูอีกด้วยล่ะค่ะ ;)
รายการแรกที่เราสนใจเป็นอย่างมากก็คือ โอนิ ยักโกะ ดูจากเมนูแล้วน่าสนใจมากๆ เราเริ่มสั่ง โอนิ ยักโกะ เป็นรายการแรก หลังจากนั้นไม่นาน โอนิ ยักโกะ ก็มาเสิร์ฟคุณแล้วค่ะ ดูสวยงามมากเลยค่ะ โอนิ ยักโกะ ทำจากเต้าหู้ เนื้อเต้าหู้ออกเย็นๆ ราดด้วยซอสและหัวหอมวางด้านบน น่าตาดูน่ารับประทานมากๆ นี่แค่เริ่มต้นเท่านั้น เวลาทดลองทานคำแรก เนื้อเต้าหู้นุ่มและสดมาก น้ำซอสที่ราดเครื่องกรุบกรอบ รสชาติหวานและมันนิดหน่อย อร่อยเกินคำบรรยายค่ะ อะไรมันจะลงตัวได้ขนาดนี้!
ทุกๆครั้งที่เราไปทานราเมนสิ่งที่ต้องทำคือ! สั่งเกี๊ยวซ่ามารับประทานค่ะ และวันนี้โชคดีมากที่ร้านนี้เกี๊ยวซ่าดูมีความพิเศษและน่าทดลองสุดๆ ใจจริงอยากสั่งเป็นถาดใหญ่ๆที่ทางร้านโปรโมท มีทั้งหมด 35 ชิ้น ดูน่าสนใจและน่าทานมากๆ แต่พอคิดได้ว่าเราทานคนเดียวคงไม่หมดถาด :( สั่งมาแค่จานเล็ก 5 ชิ้นก็พอ เกี๊ยวซ่าเสิร์ฟด้วยจานสีดำสวยงามพร้อมซอสชนิดพิเศษดูน่าทาน รสชาติของเกี๊ยวซ่าเนื้อแป้งบางและนุ่มมาก ขอลองชิมหนึ่งคำ อ่ำ.... อืม... ประกอบด้วยไส้ข้างในอร่อยลงตัวอย่างที่ไม่เคยทานที่ไหนมาก่อนเลยค่ะ รสชาติอร่อยเกินความคาดหวังของเราเอาไว้มากเลยทีเดียว ;)
และแล้ว! เราราเมนที่เราสั่ง คือ ก๊อด ไฟร์ โตกูเซอิ ราเมน! ดูพิเศษด้วยเนื้อหมูชาชูที่วางแปะรอบๆขอบชาม และ ไข่ต้มมะตูมอีกหนึ่งใบ น้ำซุปเข้มข้น สีจัดจ้าน เราสามารถเลือกระดับความเผ็ดได้ด้วยเราเลือกเผ็ดน้อย รับรองไม่เผ็ดเกินไปสำหรับคนไทยแน่นอนค่ะ :) เส้นราเมนของที่นี่ค่อนข้างเล็กแต่ว่าให้เยอะมากๆค่ะ เส้นก็ไม่นุ่มและไม่แข็งจนเกินไป ประมาณกลางๆ ส่วนเนื้อหมูรสชาติอร่อยกว่าหลายๆร้านที่เคยชิม ชอบอีกอย่างของชามนี้คือ เห็ดหูหนูและต้นหอมเมื่อทานคู่กับราเมนและน้ำซุป สรุปทุกอย่างในชามนี้อร่อยลงตัวทั้งหมดเลยค่ะ ;)
และแน่นอนว่า อิคโคฉะ ราเมน เป็นร้านที่เหมาะสำหรับอาหารกลางวันของใครหลายๆคน อาหารทั้งหมดที่ชิมของร้านนี้เราคิดว่าจานแรกอร่อยที่สุดสำหรับเราในวันนั้นค่ะ ครั้งหน้าอยากให้เราไปรีวิวร้านไหน และสถานที่ที่คุณสนใจในกรุงเทพฯ ที่อยากให้เราไปรีวิว คอมเม้นท์มาได้เลยค่ะ ;)
