Hello! My name is Alfredo Federico I´m passionate about creation, movement and mind and body development. In my journey i`ve encountered many different paths that can lead me to my dream of reaching my full body and mind potential.
Currently im an avantgarde theatrical actor looking for whats never done before. Ive done sports my entire life and i found out that martial arts are my passion, dancing and moving are really important to me. Im not just focused on the physical development, i try to improve my cognitive ability through different methods. Science is also a big part of my life but i found out that through arts i´m really getting somewhere deep inside me. I`m also an anarchist and i believe in liberty.
