That's true Hive account@wlson .. It's kinda sad how the ICOs are turning out to be mostly for only the big players. I believe in the TomoCoin CEO and team after talking to them for quite a number of times - they are very much focussed on their tech and vision, rather than trying to usurp a huge amount of ICO money.
