It not only popular in my home town Mainwali but also all over Asia.Villagers love to make gurr and eat its raw juice.It is made with unrefined sugar, it is obtained by boiling raw, concentrated its juice till solidifies.
Most of the people claimed that it is far better than white sugar. It has ability to cleanse your body, act as a digestive agent, provide good amounts of minerals and add sweetness in food in a healthy way. Its colour is vary from brown golden and dark brown.
Children are also enjoying in this whole process of making.
