Starting a fitness journey may seem like a great idea at first. You set a goal, and you imagine what you will look like when you meet that goal. It’s almost romantic, and you fall in love with that idea. A few days in and you realize this isn’t easy, working out, eating healthy… and you start messing up. Then you realize its too hard, and you give up.
You see this is why I wanted to make this video. If you KNOW that upon entering this journey that it will be difficult, and that you WILL mess up, because no one is perfect. What matters most is that you don’t give up after you feel like you have failed yourself. The only way to accomplish your goals is if you try, try, try again.
