Yesterday as I went for my daily walk I saw a bench and the perfect opportunity to shed some fat! HIIT/Body Weight Circuits are perfect for fat burning when done correctly. This is an easy workout, because all you need is yourself and a bench. Preform each exercise for 20 reps and repeat the circuit 3-4 times!
