Described on their website as a "subterranean den of delight", The Liquor Rooms is a spacious yet cosy cocktail bar, tucked away under Clarence Hotel in Dublin City.
It's not all for show either. They specialize in cocktails and have an impressive menu. We do like a tipple here in Ireland, but few pubs go to the extra effort of cocktails, or indeed such wonderfully eccentric and kitsch decor. Once the opportunity arose, I jumped on the chance to do some photos in there.
With lush carpets, patterned wallpaper, and sprinkled with antique curiosities, this is a treasure trove of unique vintage details. I fell in love with this vintage organ.
