Where ever we are, we make it a point to eat well. Yesterday, we were pretty far from where we are staying, and it was getting late. We met with a friend and missed dinner. Lucky for us, a few minutes down the road the was an Aldi! So the whole family had a picnic in the parking lot. Amen for lentil soup and hummus!
