Suarelly everyone hear traditional Turkish food : kebab ..
but maybe just now I realized how many there are types of kebab .
The base of every dishes is the same - cut meat of lump , frying on the open flame . After - it can be diffrent variants with the same cooked meat .
The man in restaurant told me the most typical maybe is Adana kebab .
Kebab , fresh salad , onion , bulgur (porige ) , tomato and paprika cooked on the flame . And all these they put on top (or under ) typical Turkish bread - lavash .
And of course obligatory drink - ayran , Turkish coca-cola 😂
