Kumpir is the big potato with different things inside : sausages , mushrooms, corn , souse , tomato, cucumber , salad, etc..
Potato is very big , and they cut it half /half and put everything inside of potato, like in plate

I don’t understand well how they cook it . Sweet cheese . They make it on warmth of coal in metal small plates . And on top they put Kaymak - as a butter only more softer ))) tasty 🤗🤗🤗
