On my vacation in the #Bahamas we ate at a local spot. I was checking out the whole restaurant and that lead me to the back dock. This guy was cleaning the fresh catch of conch shells. He proceded to give me a lesson about conch. I actually tried some but i didn't like the taste. Needless to say this is an experience I will never forget.
