Seafood and Soba
Nice and the Cote Dazur Area is a nice place in December. Usually you can walk around in a T-shirt even in december while the rest of Europe is freezing to death. We made some lunch at my friend's place in Bordighera.
Lunch
For starters we bought some Shrimps at the Local Market and ate them raw and half them were grilled. We made some Octopus too. I made some Soba (very easy to make) with some Soba Sauce which I brought from Japan as a gift for my friends. You dip the noodles into the Soba noodle sauce and it is delicious.
