Japan Airlines

On my flight back from Bangkok to Tokyo I had the luck to try out the very nice Business Class Menu on the flight. Starting with a huge selection of Japanese Starters and ending with and fantastic dessert. Before eating I ordered the Dried Natto and rice crackers with a green tea. Of course I ordered the Jp selection and not the thai curry.

Everything was super delicious and the Starters were very good. The Sashimi was fresh and they served fresh bamboo too. I liked the Fish, but the Steak was a bit too hard for my taste. The best was the Dessert, if you look at it you will realize how beautiful it was. You put the Anmitsu Syrup over it and add some Kinako Powder and enjoy it.
