Sandaime - Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime

Sandaime - Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime a famous Japanese Sushi Restaurant from Tsukiji opened a branch in Bangkok. It is next to the Emporium in a Hotel tower and the quality is outstanding as they import all fish from Tsukiji Fishmarket. The sushi itself was amazing, every piece was already flavored, using Sakura Leaves, Yuzu, Lemon or just simple Himalaya Salt

I was made aware of this awesome Restaurant by a friend of mine so we tried it out. We chose the 2600 THB Omakase Course for lunch (which is the best deal as in the evening it is much more expensive) and let the chef amaze us. If you have a Japanese Chef + all Fish and rice imported from Japan you get a very good quality. It was so good to have fantastic Oysters and Japanese Sea Urchin outside of Japan.
