Sushi Hinata
Bangkok has many Japanese restaurants, one I like very much is the Sushi Hinata at the Central Embassy in Chitlom. It is pricey but Fish directly imported from Japan has its price in Bangkok. Try the Sea Urchin here, it's excellent !
They offer different Menus or A la Carte, but I always recommend ordering a set. The reason for a set price is that you get more for you money than ordering A la Carte.
The set I ordered had some Tempura and Tea included. The great thing in Bangkok is that you get free tea after you drink you first cup. So all you can drink. (Price for a Set Menu starts at around 50USD goes up to 150USD for the most expensive one)
Do you order Set Menus or A la Carte ???
